My skin is both combination and extremely sensitive. Reviews said that this Bioderma gel would be the most gentle on the skin, so that's what we got. The box is sizable, and the top appears to be quite secure. I transferred it to a container with a pump and smiled. It doesn't have a flavor, and it's a very thick transparent gel with no discernible color. The foaming effect is poor unless you have the right equipment. It does an excellent job of cleansing and soothing the skin, but it also causes my skin to tighten. After using this gel and Sensibio DS + cream consistently for two months, I noticed a considerable reduction in my skin's sensitivity to environmental irritants including temperature, wind, and dry air. For those with reactive or sensitive skin, I suggest trying this gel.
