Love the fact that these pans will probably outlive me. I tried frying pepper crusted bacon in a big one. It was quite difficult to clean. I used one of the stainless steel chain mail cleaners. Quite a lot of scrubbing, and then I had to reach for a mop sponge. I'm probably spoiled for teflon pans.
