Do you like stepping on Lego? Then you will love it.
A lot of effort and no gain. Tiny little spikes are useless. They hurt when stepped on and your feet feel rough and tender. If anything, this mat is more likely to hurt your feet than anything else. Reflexology mats with smooth curves without spikes work better because you can focus on the pressure on your feet instead of trying to endure the pain of the spikes. Bought and returned unfortunately.
