They hang well, don't ring and have hooks on both sides
This is exactly what I needed in my new apartment. just put things on the floor inside and use the only towel rail in the room to hold hand and bath towels. Outside. They have clear rubber grommets on the ends to prevent knocks and rattles and they fit really snug without being too tight. I like that they are simple and clean. Nothing more to say. great solution for my situation
