I was very disappointed with this harness. I bought this for my 3 lb toy Aussie hoping it would fit. It fit him, but only fit in the chest area. Even when I say "fits," I use the term loose. The chest would bulge from the extra tissue and my pup could chew on it. This pendant was very poorly made. The chest area is huge and the part that you velcro wraps around the back is so small that I could hardly put it together. I would not trust this product to stay closed with velcro while walking my pet. I do not recommend this product at all.
