The time will show. - Landline

Replaced old Vtech cordless phone (2 handsets) with ATT CL82257 (2 handsets system) and additional handset ATT CL80107. Below are our first impressions. Instructions. The instructions seemed too long to me. Let's start with the default settings first. Basic Buttons. Have a soft feeling towards them. They don't feel as solid as the stiffer knobs on our old Vtech base. It may take some time to get used to... The sound quality. It's ok to listen to our recorded hello and to listen to other people on the phone but I really expected it to be clearer/clearer. People we spoke to said our voices were loud and clear. accessory pipe. It was very easy to register the handset to connect to the device we bought (note: if you buy an additional handset you need to place the handset on the BASE, not on the handset charger for it to register/sync can). We haven't had a single 'probably spam' or telemarketer call to try the 'block call' button... Can't believe we're actually looking forward to one of those annoying calls to try. (The situation is like a dog waiting for the postman to put mail in the front door mail slot so he can take it... **LOL**) We love that there are 1000 names and a call blocking directory number when we need it. Note. The reason we don't use Smart Call Block configurations is because we receive automatic calls from multiple locations and we're not sure if they always come from the same number or the same outgoing phone line... Once we know more we will continue with a different configuration.
