I had it out of the box in a full 10 minutes and only took 3 of those to set it up. Basically I opened the box, plugged it in, added water and half a dozen ice cubes, and it works! Easy. 😊It creates decent airflow without using the "crazy" mode. (There's a really crazy mode.) It's quiet even when the fan speed is increased. And it's definitely cooling - the air temperature we have today is 92°, and the air exiting this machine is 76°. Nice! The cooler is a little different from the pictures on Revain - the water tank is not clear but white, just like the car. It fits me. The fan blades are well protected and clean. The louvers on the lid can be adjusted to direct the airflow. This cooler is very light - even intangible. As for durability I'm not sure as it isn't long lasting but I guess I'll see. 😉Supplied with a very small (approx. 3" x 1.5") remote control that controls an impressive array of functions (ALL controlled via the buttons on the device). In general, the cooler is very efficient on a small area. It doesn't cool the room, but it cools the sitting area or bedside table. It's enough to make my (hot) world a lot nicer!
