As mentioned by other reviewers, when it got here they were all delighted. Many of them scattered and had to be reassembled. However, this is not a problem, just an inconvenience. I don't agree with them that when trying to tighten the nuts, the threads come loose or the strut just breaks. I broke 4 of them installing them. I expected that based on other reviews. I didn't need the whole box so the broken ones aren't a problem for me just the price for them which comes at this price. As mentioned, they are cheap, made from soft plastic and only one washer is used in the cleats. connect, but they do. The plugs fit into the sockets well enough and are of acceptable resistance that, despite the flaws, they are good enough for their price point.
