Drill Brush Heavy Duty Attachment Review

I spent a bit more on this because I was planning to use it to roughly clean grout on a large floor. It didn't disappoint. I have other cheaper ones that I use for general cleaning but felt they wouldn't hold up for the job.

Good quality brush itself. Well built, nice stiffness at the bristles. Easy to use with drill motor. Works well on tile but not as well as grout cleaner. Too big to really penetrate joints. I ended up using a traditional grout brush to clean the grout lines.

My only complaint is that the bristles don't get into corners or groove along walls. The bristles do not fit on the plastic edge. The plastic part dangles from the bristles preventing them from reaching the joints next to walls etc (end up hand grouting). Otherwise it worked great on large joint surfaces! It cleaned the solution with MUCH less effort than manually scrubbing the entire area and cleaned it up fairly quickly. Very strong bristles!

The brush did a very good job cleaning grout in an 18 year old foyer floor. This room in the center of our home takes all of the foot traffic into our home and rises to the second floor. We've used electric floor cleaners regularly to keep the tiles clean, but they don't clean the grout very well. To be honest I bought this to clean some canvas awnings at home but ended up using a pressure washer instead. So I tried cleaning the all weather liners in my truck. Not bad for the price. Bought to clean the floor in the shower. The floor is hatched to prevent slipping. It works well, but it's a real pain to keep clean. I bought this to clean our patio, we live in an apartment and the patio floor looks like epoxy paint.
