Review on Drill Brush Heavy Duty Attachment by Samantha Maldonado

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I don't often give 5 star reviews because few things are perfect, but this brush deserves it

Wow. I don't often give 5 star reviews because few things are perfect, but this brush deserves it. So a few weeks ago I discovered drill brushes and bought red and white washcloths and a yellow drill brush from Drillbrush. They did a good job but none of them were able to remove the stains from the bottom of my tub. To be honest I tried everything I could find and struggled to get the stains off the textured underside until I finally decided it would never happen. Well it really happened. Armed with a soft scrub, my Makita drill with a low battery, a few minutes and this brush. IMPOSSIBLE STAINS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. The bristles of this brush are significantly stiffer than those of the yellow drill brush. That means two things: a stiffer scraper and bristles that don't flex in one direction, so you have to constantly change the direction of the drill (this happened with the yellow one, and it was pretty annoying). Because the bristles are stiffer, it's probably not ideal for delicate, easily scratched surfaces like stainless steel. But for persistently soiled tubs, dark grout that should be white, and a variety of other hard surfaces you haven't tried cleaning, this brush is for you!

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Weak set
