Dangerous for sensitive teeth

Dangerous for sensitive teeth. I don't understand how they mix a mineralizer like fluoride. with an abrasive demineralizing agent such as baking soda. I read about fluoride and thought I was safe and that would help. sode, what I didn't notice, he was in there too
