This was perfect for my needs in creating a portable water source for me. I used it on this bottle: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00U77M004/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_10 Also, as mentioned in several places, the pump does not sit snugly on top of the bottle, which is normal as it is still that's working. HOWEVER I found a way to do it pretty well. The pump has a cap of sorts that slips onto the neck/neck of the bottle. The diameter is larger than the mouth, so it is not tight. It turns out that the cap that came with the bottle is almost the perfect diameter to fit the pump's mounting cap. So I attached the cap to the bottle, then cut a hole (not necessarily perfect) in the cap of the bottle for the pump tubing to go through, and then attached the pump mechanism to it. Works great! I still wanted a lid with no hole so I could carry water around, so I bought some extras (also just in case I made a mistake). NOTE.
