Easy to install and I like the versatility of the brightness of the light. Can't confirm the console as we didn't use it. I've read reviews about the lack of instructions and it's true, but if you honestly can't figure it out, don't install it; ). We use them as early morning or late afternoon decorative lighting under kitchen cabinets and they're almost perfect for that. My only issue with them is that there is a fairly significant turn on delay before the lights turn on. I know some LEDs can be like that, but the wobble is the longest I've seen, and when it's completely dark in the morning and you're just waking up trying not to bump into walls, it's a minor annoyance. That wouldn't stop me from buying again as I think it's the best value for money I've seen after a long search for LED pucks in a group of 4.
