So I thought it was great at first. I rarely print anything and the cartridge bays were half full, but now when I tried to print a document I got an error message saying "Cartridges cannot be recognized". I took them off and cleaned them according to the instructions. I checked if they still have ink but for now it's not good! The seller's contact number # is also not working. I found the company's FB page and messaged them, they gave me a new # to call. If that doesn't work, you can call us anytime at 866-313-2879 or 937-630-3083 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST MF. They kept me on the line for 10 minutes and didn't answer the phone.
