I ordered this ink in February to have on hand when I need to replace cartridges. Today I opened an empty cartridge and found that the film was not secured in the box and the bottom of the cartridge was not covered with a sticky piece. Of course I don't have any black printer ink! What a rip off. I'm thinking of going back but it's been 30 days so I guess I'm out of luck. I can't wait to see what I find when I open the color ink. I will not buy this product again.

I bought them twice. The first time it appeared the black cartridge ran out too quickly. The second time I put black in the "dim" light, which lit up immediately. I opened it and the liquid was almost gone, no leaks were visible, no black product was visible in the plastic container it comes in nor on the cartridge itself. They aren't worth the price and I'm afraid they will try to skimp on their refills. Beware! They are scammers!

These cartridges actually produced more ink than their specification states. Very happy with this purchase! Updated 10/02/18. Over 400 pages printed! Almost out of ink, but the print isn't fading YET! I don't know why people give bad reviews about this ink seller? It's possible that their ink exploded during shipping, as we all know damage is not uncommon with USPS or FedEx and especially UPS! 1000%.

So I thought it was great at first. I rarely print anything and the cartridge bays were half full, but now when I tried to print a document I got an error message saying "Cartridges cannot be recognized". I took them off and cleaned them according to the instructions. I checked if they still have ink but for now it's not good! The seller's contact number # is also not working.
