Review on Interactive And Fun: Battat Stacking Rings And Rattle Toy For Infants And Toddlers by James Handy

Revainrating 3 out of 5

So SO loud good for me

I don’t like this toy. I knew 3 of the 5 stacking stars would rattle but omg. They all have so many beads in them and they are so freaking loud! They are not at all like the sweet little handheld rattles we are all used to. I can’t hear myself think over one of them, much less three.I’m giving 3 stars because there isn’t actually anything *wrong* with the toy. But given that my youngest daughter is only 6 months old and not in love with it yet, I will be donating and looking for a quieter stacking toy.

Pros
  • Cute! Fun to play with!
Cons
  • The rings can be difficult to stack in the correct order, which may lead to frustration for toddlers who are still developing their coordination and spatial awareness

Back in my day, a stacker toy was just some plastic rings on a post. It was endlessly fascinating to me as a child, but dang I wish I''d have had something like this. This is so much fun! It''s colorful, it makes noise, and it wobbles. What more could a baby want? Each ring is a slightly different texture, and each one that rattles sounds a bit different. The post even comes off for easy cleaning.I will say I got a chuckle out of the shape of the post, I mean, who wouldn''t? But what matters is that it''s fun, noisy, and durable enough for a toddler''s rough play.
