This software has many functions but it's not as advanced or intuitive to use when compared other competitor products in this space (in fact I think they copied some features!).
The customer success manager was also very difficult to communicate effectively about our needs/challenges so that we could get answers quickly. They helped us move into more complex applications such as batch planning which were initially harder than anticipated for them to implement - again no doubt related at least somewhat due to miscommunication between CSM & myself over scope definition / requirements vs desired outcome versus training time required etc..
