Bought for my mum she loves baking. However, kneading the dough by hand is very time-consuming and always requires a lot of hard work. So I decided to buy a blender for her. Overall, my mother and I are happy with the purchase. It's lighter than I expected but still well built and a very nice red color. So far, for my mom, the main purpose of using a food processor is to knead the dough. And it did the job perfectly! Every time, after 10 minutes of processing, the food processor creates a nice texture and firmness in the dough. By the way, the price of this stand mixer is much cheaper compared to other brands like KitchenAid. I will recommend it to my friends.
