Nearly perfect. Be careful when disconnecting cables!

First let me say that I love this board. I liked it so much that I sent the Asus X570 Hero back, which arrived the same day. It has everything I need and nothing more. Some people might not like the pink accents but in this case they are almost invisible and I think it adds some character. Wi-Fi works out of the box with no additional drivers to install, the BIOS is stable, and I was able to overclock the memory and processor to the speed I needed. The RGB software is also top notch. Can't talk to other Asus software as I don't have it installed. Playing the BIOS is also painless. My only complaint is that the USB-C port cover came off when I tried to pull out the cable to route it. Luckily, with a little effort I was able to slide it back onto the board. Trying not to bend the header pins was pretty nerve wracking and I worried about breaking the mobo when I forced the shroud open. Based on what I've seen on Google, I'm not the only one who has had this issue with Asus boards. So be careful when unplugging cables. I won't be unplugging the USB-C cable any time soon.

Pros
  • Optimized thermal solution: Fanless VRM and chipset heatsinks with ASUS Stack Cool 3+ design keep your system running reliably even under heavy loads by increasing the passive cooling capacity of critical onboard components.
Cons
  • The list is getting long.
