I have been with eleven for almost 20 years now and it's always great getting updates about new products coming out or even just checking in to see how things are going. 11 has provided my business with many advertising opportunities over time and I've never once had issues reaching them when we needed support! They're responsive team of awesome people that go above and beyond at all times!! Nothing bad can be said other than everyone there truly cares so much more about their customers success then anything else. If you need help with any kind of media buy/planning please call this agency. ! We use it as our primary ad platform but also plan to move towards video ads soon.
