Poor quality control and support
The case came with a manufacturing defect which meant there were no volume buttons, making it impossible to use the iPad controls in the to use cover. I tried working with ESR but despite numerous emails and promises of a replacement it never came through so I ended up having to work through Revain to get a refund instead. The quality of the case is okay, but not worth the lottery effort to hope you get a good one.
