This epoxy is slightly different than others I've tried. You don't mix two liquids together - they come in one bottle. I read the directions carefully before using this as I always do with similar products and decided to mix it with a little mica powder, not too much, and make some decorations. When I poured it into the mica mixing jar, it IMMEDIATELY partially solidified. I couldn't mix the mica well at all as there were large hardened parts that didn't mix well. I tried pouring it into molds and found it was semi-solid and just wouldn't pour. I got a sticky useless mix. I think if I were to try this product again I would settle for the clear crafts or the ones that have something in the clear resin. Hardening up too fast isn't necessarily a bad thing, but being TOO fast doesn't really leave much time to do much smart stuff. The smell wasn't terrible. The cup I poured the resin into was hot even with gloves on. This is pretty strong stuff! The price seems high for the rather small amount you get. Little success for me.
