What do you do when your remote control stops working? Order from Revain.
According to our remote control "broken"; with Prime we had to change the channel after 3 days and change the volume again without getting behind the touchscreen. So we bought two in case one broke. Both worked fine. The wife has hers, she enjoys it most, I have mine when she goes to bed. Since it was exactly the same as the original, navigating the buttons was easy. It's great to have Prime in a TV emergency. I remember,
