    Button Error

    Buttons on mine don't always work and have to be pressed 4-5 times before it actually registers. Also, my left shift key doesn't move left, it moves down, so I don't even have the option to toggle left, only up, down, and right. Very annoying. No pointer or voice recognition... not perfect, just spend another $10 and get the version with voice recognition and pointer sensor.

    The main function does not work

    Pointer does not work. I hope the seller can contact me for a solution or troubleshooting. Otherwise I have to send it back. A few days later I was contacted by a seller offering a discount. why? This product is not working properly. I can't use the pointer to select options on the screen. Discounts will not help me, I will return.

    Stopped working after 6 days (0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND)

    At first I thought it was an automatic feeder! But now I try to use the home button - doesn't work - I tried to use the speaker button and I got boosted with - press the OK button (wheel) to connect it to the TV. I did this and the only thing that works is the on/off switch. I have an app on my phone as a remote but I prefer the physical one but for now I think it's the only reliable source for my TV. Don't buy this used, I can't speak for a NEW product.

    What do you do when your remote control stops working? Order from Revain.

    After our remote control broke; with Prime after 3 days we had to change the channel and change the volume again without getting behind the touchscreen. So we bought two in case one broke. Both worked fine. The wife has hers, she enjoys it most, I have mine when she goes to bed. Since it was exactly the same as the original, navigating the buttons was easy. It's great to have Prime in a TV emergency. I remember getting erased when my dad wanted to change channels.

    Very poor unprofessional design

    The remote control requires two AAA batteries which are not included. When I put the batteries in I found that the space was too big for the batteries and I had to poke something in to get them in the right position. After that, the power button was highlighted in red. I couldn't even turn the TV on/off. The most amazing thing: The product has 14 ratings, some of them with 5, 4 and 3 stars. But when you click on it, you don't see any reviews. In fact, the product only has two one star reviews…
