I don't know how they could improve this case!

I prefer this to the regular Fluke case. Fluke's original soft case is more compact and definitely beautiful, but this one is just as light, offers better protection as it's a hard case, fits like a glove on my 117 with pre-cut foam, and has a nice separate place to store your cables. and what I like best is that this case can be opened flat to use the meter without having to remove it from the case. Alternatively, the leads can simply remain connected to the gauge while the leads and test leads can be stored in the door behind the grid holder. So all you have to do is unzip, unzip and be ready for a quick test, holding the case in your free hand or laying it flat on a fully open surface. Of course, in many situations you'll need the optional magnetic tape to hang your gauge, but for many designers and testers, being able to use the case without having to remove the gauge is pretty cool! It doesn't smell like plastic either. It costs $17. mandatory fee.
