Relaxes and works great

First impressions of this chair or car seat vibrator/warmer: it looks just like anything you can buy in a department store or grocery chain, there's nothing special about it. That. It's really well made, you and I love that there are many options and you can use vibration and heat separately. When it first came out it came with a car adapter and I was confused because I didn't see the power adapter which was packaged separately in a white box so I figured I had something I can't use. It wasn't until later that day that I discovered this and thought I'd mention it in case it happened to someone else. Installation was a pleasure as the back has these strips that fit snugly into the chair I use it in which is an ergonomic office chair. I wasn't sure at first, but after a few uses it's actually very comfortable when I'm sitting in the chair for a long time, which I do on a daily basis. I mainly use the heating function, but sometimes I also use the vibration for the back. When using a single heating element it seems to me that it takes a little longer to heat up than when using it with the vibrations I felt before. The functions can also be used on your setup, meaning if you don't want it to vibrate and heat you can turn off the heat or if you don't want it to vibrate higher on your back because you're not fully leaning your back, to feel like you can cut that off. As such, it has features to suit your tastes and likes/desires. Overall I like the padding when replacing the previously used seat cushion, as well as the vibration and heat. It doesn't completely eliminate or dull the pain, but it does make sitting in a chair more bearable and heating is comfortable, especially when the house is cooler.
