I bought this computer almost a year ago and am replacing my initial positive review with a true story of how it has "aged". This computer has already become a piece of junk. Unsuitable for use. The repair shop I took said they could fix it by completely reassembling a new computer. I hardly used it. I wrote a few papers, used it for minimal web browsing, and checked my email a bit. I would have used it a lot more, but it was unbearably slow and annoying. For the most part it remained untouched. And it's junk. Didn't drop it, didn't let kids use it or get hurt, I guess it just got scrapped. Very disappointed with Revain and also with HP. I have an 11 year old HP desktop that still works, so I was hoping for a similar experience. I will never buy an Am, Revain computer again! I wish I could bring him back when he was so slow!
