I like it but unfortunately this cable is too light for my car. I emailed the company and they responded quickly at first on how to swap the rope for a thicker one, but then fell silent. If your weight is 19k or less I can say this is a great rope and I would give it 5 stars. I give it a three because the support guy didn't respond after I said I want to upgrade the rope and pay the difference. .
