Review on Logitech MK345 Wireless Combo Right Handed Computer Accessories & Peripherals for Keyboards, Mice & Accessories by Victoria Brown

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Maybe I would have liked a little lettering (like on .

I was skeptical about trying this keyboard, mainly because it has 1000 fewer reviews than most other keyboards in the same price range. My personal reasons for the Choice This (apart from the fairly low price) was the need for a wireless keyboard with a "full keyboard" feel. Tried it out. What struck me the most was the location of the F-keys. I was so used to it, that there was a space between all four F-keys, but I knew that at the time of purchase (to the point where it was almost a deal breaker for me) and still took the risk. The mouse is quite small and could put some people off.But the mouse itself is high quality so it makes up for the size in my book.show the bottom of the keyboard is blue, mine came in black (as did the mouse) Another thing that stood out was the footrest height adjusters, they were a lot higher than what I'm used to and there's nothing in between. I've had keyboards in the past with two different tabs for different height measurements, but this one was only one size. At first it seemed a little wobbly and it seemed quite high, but after a few minutes of use it seemed just right to me. Again, my biggest hit with this keyboard is the setup of the F-keys and the fact that there's no space. in between, so you either need to know where the button is or take a second to see which button you're pressing. I'd like a little marker (like on the F and J keys) to indicate every fourth F key so I can identify the key by touching it and somehow get my bearings without looking down. This becomes particularly difficult in the dark because the keyboard is not illuminated at all. One final note: the Num Lock key's lack of a backlit indicator isn't a huge issue for me, but it's a thing, but it's a minor inconvenience. for me, so I don't really see it as a big bug or problem.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Some difficulties
