Relatively easy to assemble, very bright
Replacing the entire fixture is no more difficult than replacing a lightbulb as replacing the lightbulb requires removing the entire assembly anyway. There are no instructions with this product, but it is easy to find out, or you can find and follow lamp replacement tutorials on YouTube. You have to apply quite a bit of pressure by tugging at the back for it to snap into place, but once it's in, the difference becomes day and night. The lighting is almost too bright, to the point where I had to clean my rear camera as the dust on it was now clearly illuminated.
