Super uncomfortable
Cons: This has to be the most uncomfortable chair I have ever used. The knee and seat pads are so hard that not only my knees and shins hurt, but also my buttocks. Maybe I think it helps with back pain as other areas are sore now. I've only been using it for 2.5 days so it may take a while to get used to it but based on other reviews I think calf pain is just something to deal with. There are no assembly instructions. great, and I have a LOT of experience building things from Ikea and others, so I'm not. I highly recommend watching YouTube videos for the build. Pros: Customer service was quick to answer a question about which hole to use to connect the front pieces.
