This is great for an adult. Very colorful and when held out to full wing span, it's very dramatic. I ordered one after I saw a neighbor with one on, walking down the street. As there's a pandemic going on, and she was the "Social Distancing Fairy." Was a fun way to pass the time and wave to neighbors.On the down side: The collar attaches with velcro in the front, but supports the battery pack, which is attached on the back of the collar. With the batteries in, it can weigh too much, and pulls/chokes, on the front of the neck. Very uncomfortable. I'm going to figure out a way to wear it with either the battery back cut off the neck, or attach the collar to a fun shirt. Definitely don't suggest it for little kids. The velcro doesn't give away, so if the wings get caught on anything, it could possibly choke the child.
