I had 2 different but similar experiences with the same product. The first one I received appeared to have been used (even some of the plastic packaging was missing) and the speakers crackled very loudly. I was sent one to exchange - both were very difficult to connect to anything other than bluetooth. The speaker is very, very quiet, it doesn't sustain more than 50% volume, after which it starts to crackle. The remote control of the first and second device did not respond. Update: The replacement works very well, not sure why it didn't work well the first time, but it sounds very good. However, the speaker's remote control doesn't respond the way I'd like. I don't understand how to set up LED lights, but still worth buying if they work. The TV we connect it to is LG NANOcell.
