Great product for managing sales order

This has been very helpful in our company. The ability to track orders and the ability to monitor inventory with the software. The amount of customization that is available to us has been great. As this has been such a big piece of our business, it would be helpful to have more support. Moni has been very helpful and supportive of our needs. We have been able to track our orders and make sure that we have the amount of inventory that we need to be able to take on orders to make sure they are in the right amount. I like the ease of use and how it integrates with other applications. I dislike that there is no integration between Microsoft Office 365 Business and Moni. It would be great to be able to link emails in Outlook to contacts in Moni. So you could see all your contacts at once. This makes my job easier as I can go through them one by one and update records.

Pros
  • That so much information about an organization's activities within Salesforce comes together quickly for me without needing multiple platforms or additional steps involved when importing data into SFDC from different systems/platforms (Epic)
Cons
  • There should possibly also include some contact type related views but not necessary critical if those view types were missing since most companies already utilize email addresses only
