False advertising actually I wanted a tablet with parental controls, not a cheap flimsy thing with a rubber sleeve that doesn't even protect a child is in mode. My kid didn't even have it for 24 hours, accidentally dropped it, the screen broke and went black and you won't let me honor the warranty because I have a prepaid card, send me a shipping label and I'll send the damn thing back and you can send me a new one, that needs to be solved, i paid extra for a 2 year warranty and i expect you to fix it somehow
