Doesn't work with HIBY FC3 DAC

Love its length, power and data transfer capabilities and it looks very durable. However, it didn't work for the purpose I bought it for which was to use it on my iPhone 12+ with an external Hiby DAC (FC3). I don't know if it's a cable, an iPhone (iOS 15.1.1) or a DAC. Three stars for all participants
