Overall a very nice package, but some of the hospital supplies were superior (and they will send them home with you! Just ask!). The features I liked about the kit were the packaging - it makes it easy to put it on the counter. The witch hazel wipes are great as well! I haven’t tried the foam yet (brought home the hospital spray). The ice packs are fine if you are lying down - but uncomfortable for sitting and you definitely want to remove them after 30-45 min cooling effect if you are walking around. Overall I found the hospital ice packs better (thinner and last longer) and wish I had more of them. The under wear was cuter than the hospital for sure and more comfortable. However they do rip. I vigorously pulled it up over my butt and it ripped across 1 cheek (size 10-12 bottom post partum). Also they aren’t great if you are replacing multiple maxi pads a day. The adhesive can stick to the crotch and rips out the crotch eventually. Don’t waste your money on the bidet, I got home with 2 and will never use the $15 Frida one. Overall 4 stars - but I might just buy the parts separately to save money next time.

Cons
  • Could be seen as promoting harmful ideas about postpartum beauty standards
