Sorry I didn't read the reviews before buying the camera. When I got it and found that there was no viewfinder, I thought of course it doesn't matter. In my case, a viewfinder is essential. If I was in the shade, taking pictures on the screen would be fine, but in bright sunlight I couldn't see the screen well enough to take good photos. Scaling - and that's true - images often became very blurry, even when the subject was not moving. The camera was very light which made me feel like it wasn't a "real" camera. I used to have a Kodak Z710 and I'm used to their cameras making more sense. I really liked the Z710 and wouldn't have had to buy a new camera if I hadn't dropped it and it stopped working. Overall I was disappointed with it and returned it to buy another Kodak EasyShare camera. Bought Kodak Z1015 IS, very satisfied.
