Needed to use this cable / converter to connect an S Video output port on my Audio Receiver to an HDMI port on a new TV.
This is to setup surround sound configuration on the receiver. It works as described, totally satisfied.

- It works!!!!!!! Quality is not amazing but not a big deal.
