Reliable product, keep your glasses bag by your side

I've been using them for a few months now and they definitely help. I spend most of my day in front of screens, and on the days I use them and the days I don't, I can tell a difference in how much less lethargic I feel afterwards. I use over the counter as I don't have the need, but I'm sure they work just as well. Just be prepared that if you don't wear glasses, people will have to mention that you're yellow. ("Ah, yes.") They get dirty pretty easily, but are just as easy to clean with the included Gunnar bag. Even for a man who has never worn glasses, I already forget that they are on my face and I never feel uncomfortable even after wearing them for more than 8 hours. Note that even over-the-counter lenses have a very slight but noticeable magnification (I think these are the ultimate reading glasses).
