This is junk. I bought another brand of yellow driving glasses that I love and use every day when driving at night. However, these glasses sat on my desk and were hardly used. I've been using them for a few months now and they definitely help. I spend most of my day in front of screens, and on the days I use them and the days I don't, I can tell a difference in how much less lethargic I feel afterwards.
