My male roommate bought a pair and spoke so highly of them that I decided to buy a pair. I love her! My headache was taken away by an 8 hour office job. I handle them very carefully, after each use they are stored in a suitcase. If you wear them for hours you take them off and your eyes are attacked by blue lights, it's pretty cool to experience the first few times but then you get used to it. They even help minimize the glare from the sun hitting my computer screen in the morning. They are necessary if you sit at the computer every day. Great for my normal everyday gaming use on my iPad.
