We have two cats that love to lounge on our kitchen chairs. We were forever removing fur from our chairs. Plus they were getting scratched.The covers were super easy to put on. I bought both the version with the gap, and also without the gap. Overall love the closed gap version more, as I think the open gap is tacky looking. Super easy to install, and would probably be easy to clean too. My only problem with this is that it’s not a tight enough for for my chairs so it looks a little sloppy. Also not a huge fan of the texture (wished it was smooth), so I’m returning. But otherwise, it’s great.

The upholstery on my kitchen chairs was dirty and almost impossible to clean. Years ago, I added more foam and reupholstered the seats but picked a lighter fabric that also got dirty. I love these covers. Color arrived as seen on the photos, and the fabric is good too. I saw reviews about the bands being sewn on backwards but mine came in perfectly sewn. The only thing is that they are not waterproof, with big spills and do seep quickly so you need to remove the cover ASAP if you do have a spill, but it does a great job stopping other food particles or other food items that may end up on the chair. This was exactly what I needed for my chairs. With all the guests and parties I have, I was tired of reupholstering my chairs. These are great. The only thing I would have liked is if they had clips on the back so that you can clip them closed. Without the clips, you can see the original chair cover underneath. I tried velcro, but it did not work. Perhaps I'll try button on sew in clips to keep the cover completely closed. Still great item though.

I am happy to have bought these. They are extremely good quality material and have a great stretch to them. I decided to put them over the existing cushions on my dining chairs and they look great. The color is wonderful. Very easy to install. Again, the quality of the material is phenomenal and the they fit well my chairs. These are actually better than I anticipated and they look expensive. It’s perfect, the stretched fabric, the design for coverage, the ease of installation. The only minor minus is the length of ends that tie together(too long in my opinion). Adjusting the length of tie downs would have been preferred, as opposed to tying them in a knot under the chair when they are too long. The last thing I wanted to do before the holidays is reupholster my dining chairs . Spot cleaning wasn't working and I needed a solution. These covers are a small miracle. Our chairs are very wide at one end and these covers fit perfectly. With a kid, husband, and pets I love that I can remove and wash easily- probably took 6 minutes total to put on 6 chairs. I haven't had to clean them yet, so I can't attest to durability, but they seem to be well-made.

Liked that this seat cover has a flap at the rear that covers completely the back upholstery of the dining chair. Also that there are elastic ties on the bottom to hold securely in place. I previously bought seat covers that did not have the rear flap and elastic ties and they constantly popped off and always shied the old upholstery at the back, which was not a good look. It arrived just on time. Pretty and easy to install. Preferably fit on the chairs. The fabric is nice and soft now. I didn't wash it yet then I can not tell how would be after washing . The only reason that I don't give 5 stars to this product because of the cheap plastic pieces for securing under the chair, as you see in the attached pictures. Two of them were broken while I was installing for the first time. Overall, it’s good and works great.

Purchase these chair covers to put over my fabric cushioned chairs as i have a toddler that is either dropping food or has sticky fingers. So far have held up great. One con is that dog hair tends to stick to this as well and i need to vacuum the seat covers to get the hair off quickly. My toddler spilled juice once and so far, it has held up and did not seep through to the cloth chair or stain. Great buy to protect the seats!
