It is very easy to set up, and easy to use. Not much to dislike, the product is good. I really like the customer support, and I am able to solve any problem that comes about, quickly. I really like that it is very simple to use and configure, and I have had a relatively low maintenance cost. I wish that it offered more options, but I have been satisfied with their customer service. I am using BePunctual to manage visitation, and to register clients. I do not dislike the product, however, if you are looking for a more advanced system, that has more features, I would suggest looking at something that is more advanced. I have solved the problem of tracking clients entering and exiting different areas of my building. I love that it is updated regularly and is easy to use. I also like that it is very flexible and can be customized to meet the needs of the organization. I dislike that it is not as easy as other systems to use and navigate. I would recommend this product for a small business looking for a quick and efficient way to manage their visitors. It has helped us to easily register our visitors, track their movements, and assign them to rooms.
