MIRACLES: Repellent

Finally, after 2 years, I slept well! I ordered 1 and so did my husband. We put one long and one wide in front of our bedroom door. Our door is 36 inches wide. Unit boxes face inward toward the door and wall. We lock the door at night and technically all the time to ensure our very large pedigree cat weighing over 20lbs doesn't scratch the carpet/bed or chew through any of the many wires in the room. Every night since he was a kid he would scratch the metal shaft at the bottom of the door. literally multiple times throughout the night and early morning we were constantly being woken up. We tried the sprayer, but since he likes to bathe, the effect gradually faded. We just kept picking him up and putting him back on the bed. In order not to scratch our door and keep our sanity, we had to find an effective solution. This rug creates a static feeling, like rubbing against the rug and touching someone. It's like a tingling sensation when your hand falls asleep. No pain, just a feeling of fear before the jump. Literally a few steps and static discharges now do not even allow him to approach the door. He couldn't be less interested. We think that we might even be able to do without it in the future, as he apparently learned quickly. This is a miracle worker! I've forgotten what a good night's sleep is.
