Overall this works well for an ambulance. I would suggest placing the radio on the opposite side of the seat belt (EMT radio/left paramedic to the right). Small straps for the radio microphone get extra. They will fall off if you don't close them again after taking out the radio. The 1 inch flashlight strap holder is very suitable for night shifts.
