I like that it's intuitive to use with lots of built-in integrations for different business applications (Salesforce, Slack). It was hard at first using this product because there is not much training material out there about how to work through its features but once you get past those initial hurdles everything falls into place very well! We've been able to create custom automation solutions in just minutes instead of hours or days which allows us to better respond quickly when needed as opposed to waiting around only to be told something has broken down again after taking several more weeks to find an issue. I like that we can see what is going wrong with each application in real time without having to wait for reports or alerts from other systems. It's not perfect but has been very helpful so far! We are solving problems related to monitoring applications by seeing how they interact within one another as well as being able to make changes quickly when needed.
