I have been using load share for my courier business since 2014, which has helped me track down shipments from all over India as well as outside India. It's easy to use and allows you to manage your customer orders in real time giving you complete visibility into what is happening when it comes to your customers' shipment status. Some features like the ability to view previous invoices are not available when ordering online so we've needed help resolving those issues on our own. The best thing about this system is that there isn't much room for error if you're doing more than one shipping service - meaning fewer mistakes. There may be some slight delays at times but they don't last long and usually resolve themselves once they become aware that an order was missed out or hasn't updated after several minutes. Tracking shipments via load share can sometimes take longer then anticipated due.
