Review on ๐ŸŽ’ CITCAR Hydration Backpack with 3L Water Bladder - Ideal Water Backpack for Hiking, Running, and Cycling - Fits Men, Women, and Kids - Keep Liquids Cool for Up to 5 Hours by Tim Thuss

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Light, spacious hydration pack

The CITCAR hydration pack with 3 liter reservoir is very light. My other military version was too heavy alone without everything. The backpack has a compartment for storing various items to carry. You can store individual items or valuables in the zipped pocket. The main compartment has reflective silver insulation to store the water bladder and keep it cool. 2 simple Velcro straps to attach the hydration bladder. The hydration tube exits through the top of each backpack strap. The drinking tube is then passed through another loop at shoulder height. The water bladder is large with a large opening, suitable for ice and water filling. The drinking tube is attached / detached with a spring-loaded clip. The drinking tip is easy to drink and can be removed for cleaning. The only problem is that the bag is a little flimsy and can be punctured by sharp pieces of ice. The backpack straps are comfortable and have a chest strap. The hipbelt is lightweight and has a zippered compartment for storing snacks, facial tissue or phones without having to remove the pack for quick access. Update for 2 months. The bladder developed a tear in the bottom seam and a nearly full bladder ran all over the bag and trail which shortened the hike as I had no water. It's also very difficult to get a good sip of water out of the hydration tube, that was before the leak. I bite the tip and try to suck out the water, but only a trickle comes out. Unreliable.
