The laptop arrived quickly and as advertised. The day after we gave it to our kids, one of our kids tripped over the power cord while it was plugged in and damaged the Power Brick. I emailed the manufacturer to see if they could sell me a replacement and while they didn't sell the power supply themselves, they found one at Revain that worked and then refunded me for a new one, though the damaged power supply has nothing to do with quality control issues. 10/10 I would buy again.
